Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

So what is it that you produce?

Generally nothing is impossible (our name is our motto). It starts with a laminated backstage pass, goes on with all kinds of offset-/digital printing matters and ends with the production of a spray model of your band logo. So just send us a mail or give us a call. We are looking forward to your enquiries.

What file formats can be used?

You can supply us with files of your print matters in the following formats: jpg, tiff, pdf and eps (please convert fonts in eps to paths). Please don’t send open data such as Photoshop or Indesign files.

And what about the bleed of the printing matters?

Generally, we are talking 3 mm of bleed, so there won’t be any white residues on the rims.

What are the exact formats of standard printing matters?

Here is a list of the Din-formats (European Standard Formats):
DinA7: 74 x 105 mm
DinA6: 105 x 148 mm
DinA5: 148 x 210 mm
DinA4: 210 x 297 mm
DinA3: 297 x 420 mm
DinA2: 420 x 594 mm
DinA1: 594 x 841 mm
DinA0: 841 x 1189 mm
DinLang: 105 x 210 mm
All formats should be created with additional 3 mm of bleed.

What colour mode should the files have?

Offset- or digital printing matters should be in the CMYK colour mode (profile: IsoCoated FOGRA). For textiles the colour mode is irrelevant, as every colour will be printed as a film anyway (here your colour declaration is important, maybe even information on HKS- or Pantone-declarations). For the internal handling RGB colour modes for textiles are advisable, as the scope presentation is relevant.

What resolution should our stuff be in?

Offset- or digital printing matters should have 300 DPI to be printed ideally. The resolution for banners depends on the size and the textile of the banner. Just ask what you should send in - we will be pleased to help.

What about the delivery time?

The standard delivery time for offset- or digital print matters is about 5-6 weekdays. For textiles, the standard delivery time is 10 weekdays. Express- or overnight-delivery is possible in both matters on enquiry. (The current capacity is deciding for textiles and if there is an option for short hand delivery).

How can we supply our data?

If it is possible, please use our upload tool (http://upload.allyourbandneeds.com). The login details will be sent to you via mail upon request. Please refrain from using upload services such as Rapidshare, Megaupload etc, as the download speed and capacity can be extremely limited.

If you have not found the answer to your question, write us a mail or just give us a call. We’ll answer your questions asap.
